Our TIFFANY HOUSE suite is located in the heart of Modena
In a historic building, on the mezzanine floor, without a lift, you will enjoy a bright living room equipped with a leather sofa and smart TV; black glass table with six chairs. The large bedroom is equipped with an electric fireplace with 7 types of chromotherapy backlighting, a sofa bed and a smart TV with the possibility of adding 2 guests.
The kitchen and bathroom are bright and unique because they are built above the internal passage of the courtyard, making it a one-of-a-kind home.
Kitchen equipped with all comforts and set up in detail. The bathroom has a double sink station, for him and her, a washing machine and a large shower in the cave. Cozy and enveloping, you will feel at home.

Great location. Easy to walk to many restaurants and sites. Multiple locked doors, so you do feel like you are in a safe building. Great little coffee shop at the end of the street.
Comfortable bed and spacious shower Washer works great. Plenty of drying racks for your clothes. Spacious apartment for an urban location. There is on street parking behind the building, and fairly easy to find a space.
Apartment was clean and well stocked. Host is very responsive and told us of some local events going on that weekend, which was great. Also helped us make reservations for dinner our first night.

Alessia’s apartment was just perfect for our two nights in Modena. The apartment is spacious and clean with an incredibly well stocked kitchen. Every appliance you could need if you decide to buy some of the wonderful fresh ingredients from the local market and cook at home. We chose to eat in some of the amazing restuarants just a few minutes walk from the apartment. We highly recommend a stay here and we will certainly be back.
